**Track spending, project impact, and deliverables — all in one place, with full transparency and real-time insights.**

**TL;DR**
This proposal outlines the development of a comprehensive Project Progress Tracking Dashboard for Frax Finance–funded initiatives. The platform will empower the community with a transparent, user-friendly tool to monitor the progress of all funded projects—whether grants, core contributors, partnerships, or experimental pilots. Featuring milestone tracking, real-time updates, risk detection, and customizable alerts, the platform aims to unify oversight across all active and past projects. The total estimated cost is **$2,999**.

**Motivation**
Currently, tracking Frax Finance’s funded initiatives is fragmented, with updates spread across forums, Discord, GitHub, and other informal channels. This decentralization reduces the community’s ability to oversee projects cohesively, evaluate performance consistently, and intervene early if issues arise.

**Rationale**
To solve this, we propose building a Project Progress Tracker with the following features tailored to Frax Finance’s decentralized governance and hybrid organizational structure:

- **Milestone Tracking:** Dedicated pages for each project showing key milestones, progress bars, percentages, and real-time completion status.
- **Real-time Updates:** Continuous tracking of project activities, allowing for dynamic reporting and transparency.
- **Automated Alerts:** Custom notifications for delays, deviations, or scope creep via app and email.
- **Visualizations:** Interactive timelines, charts, and risk maps.
- **Risk Detection:** Lightweight ML-powered analytics to detect early signs of delay, underperformance, or misaligned output.

**Project Overview Features**

- **Project List View:** Displays active/inactive status, completion percentage, risk scores, and last update timestamps.
- **Filterable Dashboards:** Enable stakeholders to view by initiative type, funding mechanism, risk level, or steward.

**Risk Assessments:**

- Dynamic project health scores.
- Smart flags and visual indicators for projects that need attention.

**Project Detail Pages**

- Milestones & deliverables
- Funding history & current status
- Links to community discussion threads (Frax Forum, GitHub, Snapshot, etc.)

**Organization and Admin Tools**

- Admin panel for Frax Finance core contributors or designated stewards
- Tools to configure alerts, moderate dashboards, and initiate actions
- Permissions-based access (e.g. public, builders, admins)

**Project Scope & Cost Breakdown**
The platform is scoped at a one-time cost of **$2,999** , covering development, launch, and basic maintenance for 12 months. This includes:

- Front-end dashboard
- Risk detection and tracking engine
- Role-based admin tools
- Public-facing interface
- Community reporting and export tools

**Benefits to the Frax Finance Community**

- **Transparency:** Clear visibility into what’s being built, funded, and delivered.
- **Accountability:** Ensures funded contributors and teams stay on track.
- **Community Engagement:** Empowers the Frax community to observe and contribute meaningfully.
- **Early Risk Management:** Enables early identification of blocked, delayed, or at-risk projects.

By offering a unified and transparent view into all Frax Finance–funded work, this dashboard will increase operational clarity, strengthen contributor accountability, and support effective governance. It can be integrated into the Frax Forum for seamless use.

Given the clarity of the core team’s work and the income and expenditure of the agreement, I think this part of the work is necessary, but we think that such important things should be the responsibility of the core team.

Clearly display various AMO, BAMM income, and expenditure

The focus of this proposal is slightly different; it also adds independent oversight, and we’re happy to collaborate closely with the core team if they’re interested in integrating this into a broader internal toolset. It’s also cost-effective at just $2,999.
