[FIP - 343] Unlock staked XAIFRAXBP3CRV-f due to XAI sunsetting

Silo Finance is sunsetting its stablecoin (XAI) soon. A few users have locked XAIFRAXBP3CRV-f in Frax Convex’s vault for a few months and cannot withdraw. We kindly ask the Frax DAO to unlock all XAIFRAXBP3CRV-f staked so that users can withdraw.

Please unlock those LP positions so liquidity providers can invest in other FRAX products. FRAX doesn’t benefit in any way by making people stay in this pool, it’s a lose/lose situation.
